I’ve lived both sides of success—the rise to the top and the fall to rock bottom. From building one of the top motorcycle dealerships in the country, to leading a consulting team that helped a Harley-Davidson store become #1 in the world… to a single moment that changed everything.
One decision. One night. One tragic accident.
I spent 5½ years in prison after a fatal DUI crash that took my best friend’s life. I hit bottom—emotionally, spiritually, and publicly. But it’s there, in the ashes, that my true leadership journey began.
Today, I speak to audiences who are ready for something real. Not hype. Not cliches. But courage, ownership, and the possibility of becoming more than your past.
